What do you do at HCA?

My title is Senior Account and Project Manager, which means I’m the primary channel between the clients and content teams for the accounts I’m responsible for. I also manage the day-to-day account detail. It’s my job to keep the lines of communication and ideation open and free-flowing, and to ensure our clients, the relevant Hearst stakeholders, and our contributors have a positive partnership experience, so we produce our best work!

What is the best thing about working at HCA?

The people! I’m lucky to work with great clients and a bunch of brilliant agency people who all share a positive, professional, collaborative and can-do attitude.

Tell us something people may not know about you.

I’m quite an open book so there won’t be much. As anyone who knows me will testify, I’m not backwards in coming forwards, so I did once end up looking after Sir Patrick Litchfield at an Agency bash (not Hearst, I hasten to add). He arrived with no one to greet him, so I stepped in and introduced myself and there was soon a crowd of people around him listening to his brilliant anecdotes!
